How to Order
We have now changed our website to include an Online Shop where you can place your orders. Many items will give you options as to size, colour etc. which you can now select when you order. Once the product is added to the cart you can then choose the number of items you require (if you want more than one) and add any comments/questions you may have about the item. Once ordered you will receive a confirming email of the order, a copy of which will also go to Sheena, who will then reply with an invoice setting out the cost of the order, plus NZ postage and any other fees. This Invoice will also give you the choice of the payment options available for you. Upon receipt of this Invoice you will need to pay it before any order is activated.
We have now decided to bring the majority of the Dolls Houses we offer in house by making them here in New Zealand (due to many suppliers now choosing not to send items to New Zealand) to help alleviate fluctuating exchange rates and expensive overseas freight costs.

IMPORTANT DOLLS HOUSE ORDERS NOTICE
Prices listed for Special Order Dolls House Kits are approximate and can be subject to daily Exchange Rates fluctuations. Your initial enquiry must contain correct postal/delivery address and telephone contact details as this is required by our overseas manufacturer in order they can provide an accurate shipping charge for these larger items. Once received we will then respond to your enquiry with a full quote including any extra items you may wish to include with a Kit.
ORDERS can be submitted (via the order form on our "Get In Touch" page):
giving Product Details: (Item Code, Name, Colour, and Quantity) plus your full Postal address and contact Telephone No for delivery
PAYMENT PROCESS:
Once placed, you will be emailed a confirmation order with invoice. Invoice Payments are “Due Upon Receipt” as per normal online trading Terms & Conditions. Payment is made via the payment link on the invoice. For non-card payment orders, all items are dispatched as soon as possible after receipt of funds to our bank account.
Please note you will receive an Invoice upon your order being processed at Sheena's Dolls House & Miniatures that will give you the Total cost and you will be given the options for payment, if you use your Credit Card for payment there will be a 2% surcharge added, if payment is made by Bank Transfer just the standard prices and postage will be required.
For security reasons, we do not forward credit card receipts with orders, As payments are received through our PayPal Payment Gateway no credit card transaction details are available to us. Should a purchase be made in-store, customers’ financial details are destroyed after each transaction with no details kept on file. We do not sell or supply our customer details to 3rd parties under any circumstances.
We use Standard NZ Post Rates for nationwide delivery plus $5.50 for Rural Delivery (RD) addresses.

Found the perfect house but not ready to pay in full? Secure your dollhouse today with our traditional In-House Layby Plan for those larger dolls house purchases (minimum $500.00).
A deposit is required at time of ordering together with a deposit which holds your item/order until you’re ready to bring it home allowing you to pay off your dollhouse in interest free instalments with no credit checks—just a simple way to budget for a lifetime of play. A Layby Agreement will require to be completed indicating the deposit required, payment frequency and payment amount plus cancellation fees.
